Historical Landmarks
Preservation: McGeady's Town Pub
Come and enjoy the moments as you relax with the historic and untouched relics of McGeady’s history, thanks to Lisa and Frank Wszelaki, and preserved by Author Writer’s Café as it becomes a part of literary, a long and noble history for the Great City of Monroe, Michigan. As you bask in the beauty of this literary country club for authors and writers, you will be able to observe historic timeframe monuments like pictures of McGeady’s, leaving behind with impressive glass-stained insignias as memorabilia, foundation brand enamel on the wood-grained flooring, and so much more.
About Monroe's Author Writer's Café
Among national and international historical and present writer's cafés, we are the world's first fully tailored physical Author Writer's Café for undiscovered authors and writers; residing in Historic Downtown Monroe, Michigan. With respect to the Writer's Cafe in Chennai (Madras) and the historical preserved writer's cafés around the world, we are now two of the world's first among its global scale of international travel. Our country club style establishment is designed to increase literary education in an eloquent environment to provide a unionization of Barnes and Noble and Cracker Barrels format style. We're not here to be in competition with any business; food or otherwise, but to network bringing about not only tourist attraction, but literature education through writing, art, and music with a very friendly and positive environment.
We Welcome All Book Publishers & Art Lovers
As history serves its purpose of providing coffee cafés where a publisher and undiscovered writers and artists would meet, a very interesting collaboration takes place; a window of opportunity, and the magic begins.
Here at Author Writer's Café, all authors, artists, and publishers are welcome to meet together and set the tone for their magic to take place in a very beautiful and eloquent setting.
